This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul three Toro Greensmaster 4-bolt cutting heads, Models 04470 and 04471, and restore them in an 11-blade configuration.

These cutting units were used across several Toro Greensmaster traction-unit models, including the Greensmaster 3000, 3050, 3100, 3150, 3150-Q and 3250-D, depending on the machine year and cutting-unit configuration.

Kit includes

• 3 × AM94-8037 — COURSER 11-blade cutting reels
• 6 × AM93-2489 — reel bearings, 2 per cutting head
• 6 × R94-8908 — reel seals, 2 per cutting head
• 3 × AM93-4263 — COURSER 21-inch Tournament Cut bedknives, 3 mm+, 13-hole
• AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws for all three bedknives

The supplied AM93-4263 Tournament Cut bedknives are designed for mowing heights of approximately 3 mm and above. Combined with the 11-blade reels, they provide a close, clean and consistent finish for golf greens, tees and other closely maintained fine-turf surfaces.

• The supplied 11-blade reel configuration suits the intended mowing application
• The Tournament Cut bedknife range of approximately 3 mm and above suits the required cutting height
• The existing reel, bearing, seal and bedknife arrangement matches the parts supplied

This kit rebuilds a complete set of three cutting heads.

It does not suit later Toro DPA cutting units such as Models 04610, 04611, 04616, 04618, 04619 or 04624, which use a different reel, bearing, seal and bedknife arrangement.
