This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul three later-model Toro Greensmaster 3000 Series DPA cutting heads, Models 04618, 04619 and 04624, and rebuild them in an 11-blade configuration.

These cutting units are used across compatible Toro Greensmaster 3000 Series machines, including the Greensmaster 3150, 3150-Q and 3250-D, depending on the machine year and cutting-unit configuration.

Kit includes

• 3 × AM119-4104 — COURSER 11-blade DPA cutting reels
• 6 × AM115-3296 — reel bearings, 2 per cutting head
• 6 × AM115-3299 — flocked reel seals, 2 per cutting head
• 3 × AM105-5700 — bearing wave washers, 1 per cutting head
• 3 × AM93-4263 — COURSER 21-inch Tournament Cut bedknives, 3 mm+, 13-hole
• AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws for all three bedknives

The supplied AM93-4263 Tournament Cut bedknives are designed for mowing heights of approximately 3 mm and above. Combined with the 11-blade reels, they provide a close, clean and consistent finish for golf greens, tees and other closely maintained fine-turf surfaces.

Compatibility is determined by the cutting-unit model number, rather than the traction-unit model alone.

Cutting-unit information

• 04618 was originally supplied as an 8-blade DPA cutting unit
• 04619 was originally supplied as an 11-blade DPA cutting unit
• 04624 was originally supplied as a 14-blade DPA cutting unit

This kit supplies three 11-blade reels, allowing compatible 04618 and 04624 cutting heads to be rebuilt in the same 11-blade configuration used by Model 04619.

• The Tournament Cut bedknife range of approximately 3 mm and above suits the intended cutting height

Toro separates Models 04618, 04619 and 04624 from the earlier 04610, 04611 and 04616 DPA cutting units. Parts should not be assumed to interchange between the two generations.

This kit rebuilds a complete set of three cutting heads.
