This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul all three cutting heads on compatible John Deere 2653, 2653A and 2653B fairway mowers fitted with 26-inch, 8-blade external-spline cutting units using the AMT1016 or AMT2871 configuration.

The kit supplies three external-spline cutting reels, three standard fairway bedknives, three complete cutting-unit overhaul kits, reel-bearing springs and replacement bedknife fasteners for the complete three-head machine.

Kit includes

• 3 × AM1016 — COURSER 26-inch, 8-blade external-spline cutting reels, replacing AMT1016 and AMT2871
• 3 × AM17752 — COURSER 26-inch, 10-hole standard fairway bedknives
• 3 × AM3235B-Kit — complete cutting-unit overhaul kits, one per cutting head
• 3 × AM17510 — reel-bearing springs, one per cutting head
• 30 × AM19M7573+Nut — gold zinc-plated bedknife bolt-and-nut sets, 10 per cutting head

Each AM3235B-Kit contains:

• 2 × AM3235B bearing-with-cup sets
• 2 × AM1211 all-metal reel locknuts
• 2 × AM1115 reel seals
• 1 × R32120-65 retaining ring

This is a complete three-head rebuild set, providing one reel, one bedknife, one overhaul kit, one reel-bearing spring and ten bedknife bolt-and-nut sets for each cutting unit.

The 8-blade external-spline reel and standard 26-inch fairway bedknife combination provides a durable and practical cutting setup for routine golf-course fairway maintenance. Replacing the main cutting and reel-service components together helps restore smooth reel operation, correct reel-to-bedknife contact and consistent cutting performance across all three heads.
