This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul all five cutting heads on a compatible Toro Reelmaster 7000-D fitted with 27-inch × 7-inch heavy-duty DPA cutting units, Models 03710 or 03711.

The kit supplies five 11-blade radial cutting reels, five complete reel overhaul kits, five standard-cut bedknives and replacement bedknife screws for the complete five-head machine.

Kit includes

• 5 × AM127-2095 — COURSER 27-inch × 7-inch, 11-blade radial cutting reels
• 5 × AM107-1597-Kit — COURSER reel overhaul kits, one per cutting head
• 5 × AM62-5180 — COURSER 27-inch, 10-hole, 3/8-inch standard-cut bedknives
• 50 × AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws, 10 per cutting head

This is a complete five-head rebuild set, providing one cutting reel, one overhaul kit, one bedknife and ten replacement bedknife screws for each cutting unit.

The 11-blade radial reel and 3/8-inch standard-cut bedknife combination provides a durable and practical setup for regular fairway maintenance. Replacing the main cutting and reel-service components together helps restore smooth reel operation, correct reel-to-bedknife contact and consistent cutting performance across all five heads.

Compatibility is determined by the cutting-unit model number, rather than the traction-unit model alone.

Cutting-unit information

• 03710 — originally supplied as a 27-inch, 8-blade heavy-duty DPA cutting unit
• 03711 — originally supplied as a 27-inch, 11-blade heavy-duty DPA cutting unit

This kit supplies five 11-blade radial reels. Installing it into compatible Model 03710 cutting units changes them from their original 8-blade configuration to an 11-blade configuration.

This kit does not suit Model 03712, which uses a wider 32-inch cutting unit.
