This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul three Toro Greensmaster 4-bolt cutting heads, Models 04480 and 04481, and rebuild them in an 11-blade configuration.

These cutting units were used across compatible Toro Greensmaster machines, including the Greensmaster 3000, 3100, 3200, 3200-D and 3250-D, depending on the machine year and cutting-unit configuration.

Kit includes

• 3 × AM94-8037 — COURSER 11-blade cutting reels
• 6 × AM93-2489 — reel bearings, 2 per cutting head
• 6 × R94-8908 — reel seals, 2 per cutting head
• 3 × R94-4543 — flat reel springs, 1 per cutting head
• 3 × R94-4544 — reel spacers, 1 per cutting head
• 3 × R32120-37 — internal reel retaining rings, 1 per cutting head
• 3 × AM93-4263 — COURSER 21-inch Tournament Cut bedknives, 3 mm+, 13-hole
• 40 × AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws, including 39 required for the three bedknives and 1 spare

The supplied 11-blade reels and AM93-4263 Tournament Cut bedknives are designed for mowing heights of approximately 3 mm and above. This combination provides a close, clean and consistent finish for golf greens, tees and other closely maintained fine-turf surfaces.

Compatibility is determined by the cutting-unit model number, rather than the traction-unit model alone.

Cutting-unit information

• 04480 was originally supplied as an 8-blade 4-bolt cutting unit
• 04481 was originally supplied as an 11-blade 4-bolt cutting unit

This kit supplies three 11-blade reels, allowing compatible Model 04480 cutting heads to be rebuilt in the same 11-blade configuration used by Model 04481.

This kit rebuilds a complete set of three cutting heads.

It does not suit later Toro DPA or Single Point Adjustment cutting units, which use different reel, bearing, seal and adjustment arrangements.
