This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul three Toro Greensmaster 1000 walk-behind greens mowers fitted with compatible 21-inch integral cutting units.

It suits Greensmaster 1000 mower Models 04034, 04050, 04051, 04052, 04055 and 04810, subject to the existing reel and cutting-unit configuration.

Kit includes

• 3 × AM13-8519 — COURSER 21-inch, 11-blade cutting reels
• 6 × AM251-342 — reel bearings, 2 per mower
• 6 × AM253-163 — reel seals, 2 per mower
• 6 × AM253-96 — single-lip reel oil seals, 2 per mower
• 3 × AM93-4262 — COURSER 21-inch Micro Cut bedknives
• AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws for all three bedknives

This is a complete three-mower rebuild set, providing one reel, one bedknife and the required bearing and seal components for each mower.

The supplied AM93-4262 Micro Cut bedknives are designed for approximately 1.6–4.8 mm height of cut. Combined with the 11-blade reels, they provide a close, clean and consistent finish for golf greens and other closely maintained fine-turf surfaces.
