This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul all five cutting heads on compatible John Deere 3235A, 3235B and 3235C fairway mowers fitted with 22-inch AMT2894-style cutting units.

The kit supplies five 10-blade cutting reels, five standard fairway bedknives, five complete cutting-unit overhaul kits, reel-bearing springs and replacement bedknife fasteners for the complete five-head machine.

Each R100174 overhaul kit contains:

• 2 × tapered bearing cups
• 2 × tapered bearing cones
• 2 × reel seals
• 2 × reel locknuts
• 1 × reel retaining ring

This is a complete five-head rebuild set, providing one reel, one bedknife, one overhaul kit, one reel-bearing spring and nine bedknife screw-and-nut sets for each cutting unit.

The 10-blade reel and standard fairway bedknife combination provides a durable and practical cutting setup for routine golf-course fairway maintenance. Replacing the principal cutting and reel-service components together helps restore smooth reel operation, correct reel-to-bedknife contact and consistent cutting performance across all five heads.
