This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul all three cutting heads on compatible Jacobsen GP400 and G-Plex III riding greens mowers fitted with compatible 22-inch cutting units.

The kit supplies three 11-blade left-hand cutting reels, three standard-cut bedknives, reel bearings, reel seals and replacement bedknife screws for the complete three-head machine.

• 3 × AM506636 — COURSER 22-inch, 11-blade left-hand cutting reels
• 6 × AM500534 — reel bearings, 2 per cutting head
• 6 × AM336962 — reel seals, 2 per cutting head
• 3 × AM503478 — COURSER 22-inch, 13-hole standard-cut bedknives, suitable for approximately 3.2 mm and above
• 40 × AM101272 — Jacobsen 1/4 × 1/2 bedknife screws; 39 required for the three bedknives, with 1 spare

This is a complete three-head rebuild set, providing one reel, one bedknife, two bearings, two seals and the required replacement bedknife screws for each cutting unit.

The 11-blade reel and standard-cut bedknife combination is designed for closely maintained fine turf where a clean, consistent finish is required. Replacing the reels, bedknives, bearings and seals together helps restore smooth reel operation, correct reel-to-bedknife contact and consistent cutting performance across all three heads.
