This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul all three cutting heads on a compatible Toro Reelmaster 3100-D fitted with 27-inch × 7-inch DPA cutting units, Models 03180, 03181 or 03183.

The kit supplies three 11-blade radial cutting reels, three complete reel overhaul kits, three standard-cut bedknives and replacement bedknife screws for the complete three-head machine.

• 3 × AM127-2095 — COURSER 27-inch × 7-inch, 11-blade radial cutting reels
• 3 × AM107-1597-Kit — COURSER reel overhaul kits, one per cutting head
• 3 × AM62-5180 — COURSER 27-inch, 10-hole, 3/8-inch standard-cut bedknives
• 40 × AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws; 30 required for the three bedknives, with 10 spares

This is a complete three-head rebuild set, providing one cutting reel, one overhaul kit, one bedknife and the required bedknife screws for each cutting unit.

The 11-blade radial reel and 3/8-inch standard-cut bedknife combination provides a durable and practical cutting setup for regular fairway maintenance. Replacing the principal cutting and reel-service components together helps restore smooth reel rotation, correct reel-to-bedknife contact and consistent cutting performance across all three heads.

• 03180 — originally supplied as a 27-inch, 5-blade DPA cutting unit
• 03181 — originally supplied as a 27-inch, 8-blade DPA cutting unit
• 03183 — originally supplied as a 27-inch, 11-blade DPA cutting unit

This kit supplies three 11-blade radial reels. Installing it into compatible Models 03180 or 03181 changes the cutting units from their original blade configuration to an 11-blade setup.
