This complete COURSER rebuild kit contains the main cutting and service components required to overhaul all five cutting heads on compatible Toro Reelmaster machines fitted with 22-inch × 7-inch DPA cutting units, Models 03638, 03639, 03641 or 03643.

The kit supplies five 11-blade forward-swept cutting reels, five complete reel overhaul kits, five standard-cut bedknives and replacement bedknife screws for the complete five-head machine.

• 5 × AM131-6801 — COURSER 22-inch × 7-inch, 11-blade forward-swept cutting reels
• 5 × AM107-1596-Kit — COURSER reel overhaul kits, one per cutting head
• 5 × AM108-9096 — COURSER 22-inch, 8-hole, 3/8-inch standard-cut bedknives
• 40 × AM119-4151 — replacement bedknife screws, 8 per cutting head

This is a complete five-head rebuild set, providing one cutting reel, one overhaul kit, one bedknife and eight replacement bedknife screws for each cutting unit.

The 11-blade forward-swept reel and 3/8-inch standard bedknife combination provides a durable, practical cutting setup for regular fairway maintenance. Replacing the major cutting and reel-service components together helps restore smooth reel operation, correct reel-to-bedknife contact and consistent cutting performance across all five heads.

• 03638 — originally supplied in an 8-blade radial-reel configuration
• 03639 — originally supplied in an 8-blade forward-swept configuration
• 03641 — originally supplied in an 11-blade forward-swept configuration
• 03643 — originally supplied in an 11-blade configuration

This kit supplies five 11-blade forward-swept reels. Installing it into compatible cutting units originally fitted with 8-blade reels changes them to an 11-blade forward-swept configuration.
